Work Hard
Getting an education, working out, or even in the work environment, we should be giving 110% effort into what we do to be successful. Through our training program, you will slowly see that your success will come from your overall focus and drive, day in and day out. This isn't a Monday through Friday workout regimen, it's a lifestyle. Soon you will motivate yourself, applying this to other areas of your life and you will see your health and fitness increase in ways you never thought possible. While results are not seen overnight, you will feel more energized while we check off and add new goals to get your body where you want it to be. It won't be easy, it's going to take HARD WORK to get the results you want. You will feel the burn, the soreness, and the pain but know that because of this, you are making one of the best decisions of your life.

Eat Clean

You cannot out-train a bad diet. PERIOD!!!
​It doesn't matter if you are a professional athlete, just started an exercise regimen at home, or workout at your local gym. In respect to training, what you eat, fuels your body before, during, and after you exercise. You can run 20 miles a week, do all the cardio workouts you find on Google and ask any personal trainer for nutritional advice but if you aren't fueling your body correctly, you are doing more harm than good. You will be putting your body to work on a weekly basis and nutrition will be key to make the most of your specialized training program. You will be doing a disservice to yourself, the program, and virtually throwing money away if you are going "binge" on the weekends after a weeks of hard work. While our Saturday and Sunday morning BootCamps will keep you focused on your fitness goals, you need to be hydrated and stay up with your nutrition on the weekend. You do not want to revert back to the previous week because of the junk food you consumed over the weekend. As I said above, if you want results, we are going to have to work together, which includes what you feed your body to make it work for your benefit.

Motivate Others

We would be doing a disservice if we were not helping others along the way. While we offer discounts for those that sign up in groups, our overall goal is to motivate others in the process. We will have a positive outlook throughout this journey and we will bring others along for the ride. Our actions will speak louder than our words while benefiting even your family, that it should become a lifestyle, not just a "temporary fix". We hope you remain within our family as long as we can provide you our services. Not only will you be healthier and stronger because of Motivated by Fitness, together we will support our South Florida community by attending local charity events that promote health and wellness as a whole. While we are out in the community, #TeamMBF will share success stories with others, motivating them to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. ​
