​Personal Training​ Packages (One-on-One)
​
Our personal training program is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in an efficient manner. Each personal training session (1 hour) will be unique and personalized for your fitness level. We will give you the results you want, whether they are to lose weight, gain muscle, improve functionality or prepare for a specific sport. All of our services can be conducted in the privacy of your own home, backyard, park, or local gym which will include proper instruction and warm-up and will conclude with a stretching/cool-down session.

Each session may include but not limited to:

- ​Strength Training
- Power Training
- Circuit Training
- Core/Balance Training
- Cardiovascular Training
- Monthly Personal Fitness Tests

Group Training Packages - Will vary based on location *Beginning June 16th, 2014*

These training sessions will include the same services stated above but will incorporate a specific workout regimen that will complement the group equally. Individuals that plan on purchasing this package DO NOT need to be at the same level of fitness as others in the same group as workouts will be programmed for all walks of life. By providing this service, a substantial discount will be applied to your Group Training Package versus purchasing a
traditional one-on-one personal training package. These group training sessions will be fun, interactive, and may require teamwork to complete. As with any workout or training regimen, the group will warm-up and cool-down together. Classes will be posted on MINDBODY, where members can sign up for sessions online on a daily or weekly basis. Sessions typically run between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Classes are capped to give individual attention to each member.
Personalized Training Program​ / Personalized Food Program (Weekly: Sunday - Saturday)

After your free Fitness Assesment, you may sign up to to receive our personaized training and/or food plan on a weekly basis if you wish do things on your own and follow our programming. This can be paid on a weekly or monthly basis starting on any Sunday of the month. These training/food programs will be tailored specifically to you and the goals you have set for yourself. Every week, you will be given a specific number of workouts to complete (rest days when needed and most workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home with no equipemnt needed). We will track your progress by commuicating with you via email, phone, text, and personal follow up week in and week out. You can always reach us and we will respond to you with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have regarding any workout or foods you are eating during the program. Remember, you can train 4-5 days a week but you need to fuel your body correctly to reach the fitness and health goals you want to achieve. Don't worry, we'll be here every step of the way.
